How to Submit Your Credit Reports If You Are Using a Phone
We recommend you use a computer to send in your credit reports. We realize that not everyone has a computer, if you have a smartphone you can still send in the reports.
Please DO NOT Screen shot reports, we require they are sent in a PDF format.
Here are the steps to do so:
IPhone Users:
Once you have completed the first steps on www.annualcreditreport.com you will be able to view each report from Equifax , Experian, and Transunion.
You must perform these steps for every report before moving to the next report
First, make sure you are viewing your report. Next, hit the “Action, Share” button (Red Arrow)
It will bring you to this screen:
Touch “Options >” (Red Arrow)
Your Next Screen Will Look Like:
The default setting will be automatic, you must change it to PDF
Make sure you are sending a PFD. You will then click mail.
Please Send Your Reports to: Solutions@MyLiveOakSolutions.com
We also recommend that you also send a report to yourself as well
You will have to do steps for all three reports
Android Users:
As soon as I get my hands on an Android I will make a how to version.
Just remember we will need all three credit reports in a PDF format
After files are placed in a PDF format please email them to:
