At Live Oak Solutions, our focus is to provide an alternative to traditional buying. We want to change the narrative of home buying with a different approach by giving folks a chance to restore their credit, enroll in different down payment plans such as work for equity and save as you go. Our goal is to change lives.
Helping Grow Local Communities
We want to help local communities by helping stabilize neighborhoods all around South Carolina by matching up properties with the people who will take pride in ownership. Just because someone can’t meet the bank’s standards doesn’t mean they don’t deserve a house of their own.
We were frustrated by the sheer number of folks who want to buy, but can’t qualify for loans from banks. There are tons of great homes just sitting vacant! Sellers want to sell, and buyers want to buy… but no banks will help!
Our Mission is to help ensure that homes around South Carolina stay occupied – with people who will care for their community.
