The Path to Home Ownership process is actually pretty simple.
First, join our buyers list and tell us what type of home you are looking for, your budget, etc.
Step 1– You will be notified by email that we have received your information. Within 48 hours, a home counselor will contact you to address any questions you may have about our programs and to help determine which program would be the best fit for you. During this conversation, you will also be pre-qualified for a monthly payment.
Step 2– Tour properties.
Step 3– You will need to fill out an owner financing application. This application asks various questions about employment, job history, rental history etc. You will also need to supply a form of ID, pay stubs, and other documents depending on the program you enter.
Step 4– We will conduct the signing ceremony, this is where we go through all the documents and contracts. During the signing process, you will deliver your down payment (remember we have work for equity credits and down payment assistance) . The signing of the property removes the home from the market and you may secure the property, remove the signs, and MOVE IN!
